CITY OF COLTON <br />C REGULAR COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY/COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MEETING MINUTES <br />June 21, 2011 <br />Closed Session Meeting was. held on the above given date at 5:05 p.m., in the City Manager's <br />Conference Room in City Hall with Mayor Zamora presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Council Members Present Staff Present: <br />David R. Zamora, Mayor Rod Foster, City Manager <br />David J. Toro Dean Derleth, City Attorney <br />Frank A. Gonzales Eileen C. Gomez, City Clerk <br />Vincent Yzaguirre <br />Susan M. Oliva <br />Alex G. Perez <br />Council Members/Staff Absent <br />None. <br />CMayor Pro Tempore Deirdre H. Bennett arrived in Open Session at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Treasurer Aurelio De La Torre arrived in Open Session at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />Items A, B, C and D. City Attorney Derleth stated that he would be recusing himself from <br />discussion on Item A due to the past relationship with the City of Rialto and BB&K; Council <br />Member Gonzales recused himself from discussion on Item B due to a possible conflict; and <br />Council Member Oliva recused herself from discussion on Items C and D due to her relationship <br />with Union Pacific. No reportable action is anticipated. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />A.
