There will be no separate discussion on these items prior <br />to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt unless Members <br />of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific items be discussed <br />and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Regular Meeting of December 1, 1987, as on file in <br />the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 64310 through 64704, Nos. 135510 <br />through 135908 (December 10, 1987) inclusive, as recommended by <br />the Assistant City Manager. <br />(3) Bids - Award of Bid, Rowley International, Inc., $5,000, needs <br />analysis to develop comprehensive Colton Aquatics facility. <br />(4) Bids - Award of Bid, Wyatt Construction, $45,958.07, construct <br />Office Addition to Electric Department Administration Building. <br />(5) Annexations/Maintenance District - Set Public Hearing, Tuesday, <br />January 5, 1987, for Annexation Nos. 8 and 9, Landscaping and <br />Lighting Maintenance District No. 1, RESOLUTION NO. R-157-87. <br />(6) Rates/Cemetery - Approve change in Rate Schedule at Hermosa <br />Memorial Gardens Cemetery, RESOLUTION NO. R-158-87. <br />(7) Change Orders - Approval of Change Order #1, Traffic Signals, <br />at San Bernardino and Pepper Avenues, City Project #PW87-9. <br />(8) Parking Regulations - Consider resolution posting "No Parking" <br />for Street Sweeping. <br />r, (9) Workers Compensation - Consider RESOLUTION NO.
