There will be no separate discussion <br />on these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the <br />motion to adopt, unless Members of the Council, Staff or the <br />public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from <br />the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held April 7, <br />1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 58380 through 58654, 58656 through <br />58817, and Nos. 130842 through 131142 (April 16, 1987) inclusive, <br />as recommended by the Assistant City Manager for Administrative <br />Services. <br />(3) Bids - Award of Bid, Tom Bell Toyota, $8,257.40, One Ton Cab <br />and Chassis for Parks Division, Public Works Department. <br />(4) Bids - Award of Bid, Russell Tourville Construction, not to <br />exceed $276,528, Civic Center Renovation. <br />(5) Permits - Approval of Encroachment Permit for trash enclosure, <br />electrical transformer in the City's drainage easement at 491 <br />Wildrose Avenue (Price Club). <br />(6) Permits - Approval of Encroachment Permit for Wildes, 122 Maria <br />Court, and Lincoln, 104 Maria Court. <br />(7) General Plan - Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, May 5, 1987, <br />Proposal to update and change various zones of the General Plan. <br />(8) Zoning - Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, May 5, 1987, Plann- <br />ing Commission Resolution No. 3014, Index No. A-1-87, Zone Amend - <br />1 <br />
