There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held June 2, <br />1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 59770 through 60051, 60052 through <br />60086, and Nos. 131933 through 132160 (June 11, 1987) inclusive, <br />as recommended by the Assistant City Manager for Administrative <br />Services. <br />(3) Street Vacations - Intent to vacate the College Walk Way be- <br />tween Bordwell and Rialto Avenues, set Public Hearing for July <br />21, 1987, RESOLUTION NO. R-68-87. <br />(4) Street Vacations - Intent to vacate the alley way north of <br />"C" Street and west of Pennsylvania Avenue, set Public Hearing <br />for July 21, 1987, RESOLUTION NO. R-69-87. <br />(5) Agreements - Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement providing for <br />allocation of costs of the proposed lawsuit regarding improper <br />distribution of Court Fines. <br />1 <br />
