ADJOURNED REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 5, 19% <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6:23 A.M., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Chaplain Bob Johnson offered the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Hansen, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, Beltran, and Mayor <br />Fulp. Also present were City Attorney Biggs, City Manager Freeman, and Deputy Clerk <br />Barrera. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />As requested, Item 2 pulled for discussion. <br />(1) Minutes - Approved Adjourned Regular Meeting Minutes of April 24, 1996 as on file <br />in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Approval of Warrant Register dated 10/15/96, consisting of 7 pages; Warrant <br />Register dated 10/18/96, consisting of 7 pages; Warrant Register dated 10/24/96, <br />consisting of 10 pages; Payroll Warrant Register dated 10/10/96, consisting of 1 page; <br />Payroll Warrants Register dated 10/22/96, consisting of 11 pages as recommended by the <br />Director of Finance. At Councilmember Hutton's request Finance Director Vega and <br />City Manager Freeman provided clarification and memo will be forwarded to <br />Councilmember Hutton. Motion/second, by Mayor Fulp/CM Cook, to approve the <br />warrant lists as submitted by the Director of Finance. Unanimous vote. <br />(3) Contract - Approved the $115,000 increase to the EPC Contract with Black & Veatch <br />for completion of the West Substation. <br />1 <br />NOV 5 1996 <br />
