ADJOURNED SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 18, 1996 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 11:05 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Hansen, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, Beltran, and Mayor <br />Fulp. Also present were City Attorney Biggs, City Manager Martinez, and City Clerk <br />Freeman. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />City Attorney Biggs presented to Council for final review and approval the Fiscal Year <br />1996/97 Budget and requested approval of Resolution Nos. R-59-96, R-61-96, R-62-96, and <br />R-64-96. Motion/second, by CM Sanders/Hansen, to approve and adopt Resolution Nos. R- <br />59-96, R-61-96, and R-64-96. Motion carried with Councilmember Bennett, Councilmember <br />Hansen, and Mayor Fulp voting "NO." <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-59-96 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE BUDGET <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1996 <br />AND ENDING ON JUNE 30, 1997. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-61-96 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING POLICY <br />WITH REGARD TO RESERVE FUNDS. <br />RESOLUTION NO.
