CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MNUTES <br />FEBRUARY 6, 1996 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:40 P. M. , in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Chaplain Jim Stovall offered the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, *Sandoval, Bennett, cook, <br />Sanders, Beltran and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager <br />Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Freeman. <br />*Councilmember Sandoval excused himself from the dais and for the <br />remainder of the meeting as he had to await the results of a recall <br />election taking place this date and he desired to be with his <br />family as his wife was celebrating a birthday. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />There was none. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />Councilmember Hutton requested that Items 5, 61 7 and 8 be reviewed <br />with Item 28. <br />Councilmember Bennett requested that Item 4 be discussed after Item <br />28. <br />Mayor Fulp asked that Items 10, 11 and 15 be pulled for discussion, <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes of December 5, 1995, <br />as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants <br />FEB 0 6 1996 <br />
