ADJOURNED REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 19, 1997 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 5:50 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gaytan presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Police Chief Lunsford led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Bennett, Cook, Chastain, Sanders, and Mayor Gaytan. Also present <br />were Interim City Manager Wood, and City Clerk Barrera. Councilmembers Sandoval and Hutton <br />were absent. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />Mayor Gaytan announced that City Council would meet in Closed Session Pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 54957, Regarding Public Employment: City Manager. <br />Mayor Gaytan announced that City Council would meet in Closed Session Pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 54957.6 to Confer with its Labor Negotiator, Len Wood, Regarding Negotiations with <br />Representatives of the Executive Management Unit. <br />At 5:52 p.m., Mayor Gaytan declared the meeting adjourned to Closed Session and at 9:56 p.m. <br />meeting reconvened with all Members present as heretofore. <br />Mayor Gaytan announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session as previously stated and <br />declared there was no reportable action taken. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 9:57 p.m., Mayor Gaytan declared the Meeting adjourned. <br />CAROLINA P.
