Bennett <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />➢ Gifts were presented for the achievement of the City's two-year budget; City Manager Garcia, <br />Assistant City Manager Parrish and Assistant to the City Manager Kively accepted. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />Provisional Accelerated Learning Center/750 Canary Street Colton <br />CM Sanders submitted a written request to place an item regarding the Provisional Accelerated <br />Learning Center, located at 750 Canary Street, Colton, on the agenda based on the fact that <br />developments occurred on the Friday subsequent to the posting of the agenda, and that urgency <br />was based on the threat to health, safety and community standards. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Mayor Gaytan moved to add the item as stated. CM Sanders seconded the <br />motion and it carried with no opposition.
