CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 11, 1999 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Colton was held on the above date, at 6:56 P. Grimsby <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />John Romero requested assistance for maintenance of Veterans Park. <br />Elvira Gallardo claimed her civil rights were violated when wrongfully evicted from her house, <br />by the City, rendering her homeless. She said she was denied extensions to pay utility bills and <br />she intended to sue the City. <br />Abe Beltran complained that his telephone calls were ignored so he was unable to obtain a copy of <br />the budget. He asked if the public would be allowed input on each line item.
