CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 30, 2000 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above -given date in <br />the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, <br />at 6:18 P. M. It was noted that Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett was absent due to illness and <br />Deputy City Clerk Delgado convened the meeting. With consensus of Council, Council member <br />Cook was selected to preside as Chairperson of this Special Meeting. <br />Notice of Special Meeting was given on May 22, 2000, in compliance with Government Code <br />Section 54956. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Finance Director Al Holliman led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT <br />CM Donald J. Bennett (ill) <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Garcia <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Fiscal Year 2000-2001 Budget <br />CM Richard A. DeLaRosa <br />CM James B.
