Barrera, City Clerk <br />MAY )R AND COUNCI L ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 17, <br />2003. <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that <br />were a conflict of interest pursuant to CIVIC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed by members <br />present. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />South Annexation #S-50 <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider approval of the pre -zone for South Annexation <br />#S-50 (File Index Number DAP -000-030), located in the s/w portion of the City, south of the <br />Santa Ana River And West of La Cadena Drive. <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain declared the Public Hearing "Open". <br />City Clerk Barrera said the Affidavit of Publication was on file in the City Clerk's office and <br />stated that no protests or objections were received. <br />2003 JUNE 17 CC/RDA/CUA <br />
