R-101-87 <br />AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES <br />OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN <br />ITEMS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby <br />authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the <br />State of California to purchase four (4) 1987 Chevrolet police cars for and on <br />behalf of the City of Colton pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and <br />that Mr. Kenneth L. Peterson, General Services Supervisor, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in <br />connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 21st day of July, 1987. <br />ATTEST: /- <br />Frank A.n a s <br />HELEN A.
