R-104-87 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICT NO. 1 AND ANNEXATIONS NO. 1, 2, 3, 4 <br />AND 5 CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM <br />AND ORDERING LEVY AND COLLECTION OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />California ("this City Council") on July 7, 1987 adopted its <br />Resolution R-87-87 declaring its intention to continue the <br />operation of the City of Colton Landscape Maintenance District <br />No. 1 and Annexations No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (the "District") <br />for the installation, construction, maintenance, servicing <br />and operation of public landscaping maintenance, servicing <br />and operation of public landscaping and appurtenant facilities <br />in the District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the City <br />Clerk his report (the "Engineer's Report") containing the <br />matters specified in Section 22567, et. seq. of the Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly presented <br />by the City Clerk to this City Council for consideration and <br />has been fully considered by this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution of intention fixed 7:30 p.m. in <br />the City Council Chambers of the City of Colton, California, as <br />the time and place for a hearing on the question of the continued <br />operation of the District and the levy of assessments for Fiscal <br />Year 1987-88, and provided for notice of said hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk has filed, in her office, <br />declarations setting forth compliance with the requirements for <br />
