R-4-88 <br />AMENIXNENT TO RESOLUTION R-95-86 <br />APPROVING THE JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM <br />AND THE SYSTEM OF WAIVING VARIOUS FEES TO <br />PARTICIPATING AGUA MANSA ENTERPRISE ZONE BUSINESSES <br />WHEREAS, Resolution Number R-95-86 was created to provide for <br />the linkage between the San Bernardino County Department of Job <br />Training and Employment Agency through the Job Training Partnership <br />Act. <br />WHEREAS, the Resolution provides for the waiver of certain <br />building permit and plan check fees for businesses participating in <br />the JTPA Program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton resolves <br />and declares as follows <br />SECTION I. Waiver of Building Permit, Plan Check, and Business License <br />Fees as described by R-95-86 shall be subject to a one year maximum <br />limit for businesses to apply after the actual fees are paid. <br />SnCTION II. The maximum amount of fee reduction shall be set at $200 <br />for every JTPA Employee hired and verified by Staff. <br />SECTION III.
