1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION R- 5 -88 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ORDERING ANNEXATION NO. 8 & 9 TO THE CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPING LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1 CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM AND ORDERING LEVY AND COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988-89 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton (this City Council) on December 15, 1987 adopted its Resolution No. R- 163-87 declaring its intention to order Annexation No. 8 & 9 to the City of Colton Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 (the District) for the installation, construction, maintenance servicing and operation of public landscaping and lighting appur- tenant facilities in the District; and, WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the City Clerk his report (the Engineer's Report) containing the matters specified in Section 22567, et. seq., of the Code; and, WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly presented by the City Clerk to this City Council for consideration and has fully considered by this City Council; and, WHEREAS, the proposed Resolution of Intention fixed the hour of 7:30 p.m., on January 19, 1988, and that the City Council Chambers of this City Council as the time, date and place for a hearing on the question of Annexation No. 8 & 9 to the District and the levy of assessments for Fiscal Year 1988-89 and provided for notice of said hearing; and, WHEREAS, the City Clerk has filed, in her office, declarations setting forth compliance with the requirements for publishing and mailing and this City Council hereby finds that notice was published and mailed as required by law; and,
