R-4-89 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING <br />BOUNDARY MAP SHOWING TERRITORY TO BE <br />ANNEXED TO AN EXISTING COMMUNITY <br />FACILITIES DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "legislative body of the local <br />Agency"), desires to annex territory to an existing Community <br />Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the <br />"Mello -Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter <br />2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the <br />State of California, and specifically Article 3.5 thereof. The <br />existing Community Facilities District has been designated as <br />COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1 (hereinafter referred to <br />as the "District"); and, <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted a map showing the terri- <br />tory proposed to be annexed to the existing Community Facilities <br />District, said area to be designated as ANNEXATION NO. 1, <br />COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1 (hereinafter referred to <br />as the "annexed territory"). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and <br />correct. <br />SECTION 2. That the map showing the property, parcels and <br />territory proposed to be annexed to an e x i s t i n c Community <br />Facilities District and to be subject to a special tax to be <br />levied is hereby approved and adopted. Said map is designated <br />by the name of the existing District and the number of the <br />proposed annexation. <br />
