It is in the interests of <br />the City that such officials and employees provide themselves <br />with a motor vehicle for that purpose. The following car <br />allowances are authorized: <br />The persons holding the City offices or positions listed <br />below shall be paid the monthly sum shown: <br />POSITION MONTHLY SUM <br />Mayor & Council Members $275.00 <br />City Treasurer $150.00 <br />City Clerk $275.00 <br />City Manager $275.00 <br />Assistant City Manager $275.00 <br />Economic Development Director $275.00 <br />Human Resources Manager $275.00 <br />Community Development Director $275.00 <br />Human Services Director $275.00 <br />Electric Utility Director $275.00 <br />Fire Chief $275.00 <br />Chief of Police $275.00 <br />Public Works Director $275.00 <br />As used herein "car allowance" is payment monthly of <br />a flat sum to a City official or City employee as compensation <br />for maintaining available for use, and using, a motor vehicle <br />
