R-112-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON ESTABLISHING BAIL AMOUNTS <br />OF PARKING CITATIONS AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4373 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has been authorized to <br />collect bail resulting from the issuance of parking citations; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the San Bernardino County Municipal Court <br />has agreed to collect parking citation bail in only those <br />instances of noncompliance or protest; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has been deemed the collecting <br />authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Colton does hereby resolve and determine as follows: <br />1. The parking citation bail schedule to be existing <br />standard San Bernardino County Bail Schedule for both Colton <br />Municipal Code and California Vehicle Code violations, are as <br />set out in the attached Exhibit A. <br />2. Bail fees for all citations are due on or before the <br />appearance date on the citation. In case of non-payment an <br />added $15.00 penalty fee will be imposed on the 10th day <br />following the appearance date. <br />3.
