II, and III, 1970 Edition <br />previously adopted by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, over the years since the establishment of the Board, <br />it has proved to be of virtually no use or value to the City and <br />in fact has not met or considered any appeal in the last two <br />years; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board currently has only two members serving on <br />behalf of the City because all other members have resigned. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Council by this Resolution terminates the <br />Housing Advisory Appeals Board and orders it disbanded. <br />2. The City Council by this Resolution provides that all <br />housing appeals matters arising from the implementation of the <br />Uniform Building Code now in effect in the City of Colton shall be <br />referred to and heard by the Planning Commission. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of JANUARY , <br />1992. <br />FRANK A.
