R-109-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS ITENTION TO ORDER <br />THE ABANDONMENT OF CERTAIN OPEN SPACE AREAS WITHIN <br />TRACT #14158. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare <br />its intention to order the abandonment of certain Open Space Areas Within <br />Tract #14158. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby <br />made to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk, Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 20th day of October, 1992, in <br />the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, California, be and the same is <br />hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or <br />objecting to the proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3. That John H.
