R-02-96 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING PRECINCTS <br />AND POLLING PLACES, APPOINTING PRECINCT BOARD <br />MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR THE SPECIAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 1996, <br />CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. R-105-95 OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL. <br />WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election to be held on <br />Tuesday, February 6, 1996, has been called by Resolution No. <br />R-105-95, adopted on October 25, 1995; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding the Special <br />Municipal Election, there is established two voting precincts <br />consisting of consolidations of the regular election precincts <br />in the City of Colton established for the holding of state and <br />county elections, as the regular election precincts exist on <br />the date of adoption of this resolution. That the Dollina <br />places for the respective precincts shall be the places <br />designated; and that the persons named, being competent and <br />voters and residents of the city are appointed precinct board <br />members for their respective voting precincts and they shall <br />conduct the election in the manner provided by law. <br />Voting Precinct 1, comprising regular election precincts <br />20, 21, 22, 23, 66, 67, 69, 75 <br />Polling Place: Fire Stations #3, 1100 So. La Cadena Dr., <br />Colton, CA 92324 <br />
