SEQ., OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE <br />OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. <br />(Chapter 27, District Number 96-1) <br />Whereas, this City Council by Resolution No. R-01-96 on the 4th day of <br />January 1996, declared its intention to order the construction of certain street <br />work under Chapter 27 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California, and caused the properties to be posted and the legal owners to <br />notified by maiVhat the 6th day of February 1996, at the hour of 6:30, p.m. in <br />the Council Chambers of this City Council, is the time and place fixed for the <br />hearing hearing before this City Council of protests and objections; and <br />WHEREAS, such hearing was duly held by this Council at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard thereon were heard in respect in any matter <br />relating to the work proposed; and <br />WHEREAS, all persons desiring to appear and be heard have been <br />heard, and this City Council has taken evidence relating to said proposed work <br />and is fully informed in the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton, California, <br />DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />denied. <br />Section 1. That all protests objections are hereby overruled and <br />Section 2. That the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered <br />to contract said improvements above described, in accordance with the city's <br />standards plans and specifications therefore, in the areas above described, in <br />
