The Budget is hereby amended to allocate $35,000 for <br />Wastewater Capital Improvements as follows: 1. Engineering Services <br />for the Design of the 2 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and <br />and Renovation. <br />SECTION 2: With regard to revenue sources for funding of the <br />allocation for Wastewater Capital Improvements set forth in Section 1 hereof, <br />the following budget amendments are adopted: <br />1. The Sewer Development Unappropriated Balance is <br />hereby decreased in the amount of $35,000. <br />2. The Sewer Development Appropriation for FY97-98 is <br />hereby increased in the amount of $35,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of <br />February, 1998. <br />KARL E.
