R- 14-00 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CIN COUNCIL OF THE CIN OF <br />COLTON OVERTURNING THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DECISION REGARDING THE REQUEST FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br />AND KACONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH A <br />RECZONAL VEHICLE CENTER IN A PC (PLANNED <br />CON) ZQNE FOR FILE INDEX NUMBER DC -69-99 <br />ER AS e P Commission of the City of Colton did hold a Public Hearing <br />for File Ind Num r DC -69- on February 8, 2000, to consider the applicant's request for <br />Design Review a Conditi al a Permit to establish a recreational vehicle center in a PC <br />(Planned Commun ) ; and <br />WHEREAS, th lanning Commission denied File Index Number DC -69-99; and <br />WHEREAS, the app ' ant has appeal said Appealed Decision within the required <br />time frame; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Coun ' finds t ppeal is justified, based on the <br />information provided, including all writte and oral evi nce in e record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESO D by the C' uncil of the City of Colton <br />that the decision of the Planning Commission re ar in Appeal Decision was incorrect <br />and be it further resolved that the City Council here o ertu their findings and decision and <br />thereby approves the applicant's appeal.
