2022 JANUARY 04 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 1 - <br />CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MINUTES <br /> <br />January 4, 2022 <br /> <br />Closed Session Meeting held on the above given date at 5:00 p.m., in City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena <br />Drive, Colton, California with Mayor Navarro presiding. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were Toro, Koperski, González, Echevarria, Suchil; and Mayor Navarro; MPT <br />Cisneros (absent/excused). <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />Acting City Manager Dabbs, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Campos announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A/B. <br /> <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -WORKERS’ COMPENSATION CLAIM <br />Pursuant to California Government Code, Section 54956.95. <br />Case Name(s): Michael Collins v. City of Colton <br /> <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br />Modern Pacific Homes, LLC. V.
