R-22-22 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />THE FISCAL YEAR 2021/2022 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to support the City's goal to improve the City's traffic <br />safety and infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton received Traffic Impact fee and Fair Share contribution <br />from developers that can be used to fund transportation improvement projects; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton needs to allocate the funding received from a <br />development project as Fair Share Fee for the Agua Mansa Road Bridge Replacement and <br />Widening Project in the amount of $280,840; and <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation not listed in the Fiscal Year 2021/2022 budget is <br />required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />budget: <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes the following amendment for the FY2021-22 <br />Appropriate $280,840 from reserve balance in Traffic Impact Fund Capital <br />Improvement Account Number 249-1816-6150-3890-0000-000 for the Agua <br />Mansa Road Bridge Replacement and Widening Project. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTiz,MATOR <br />F MARCH 2O22. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
