R-112-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />JULY 1, 2002 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2003. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2002, <br />and ending June 30, 2003, was approved and adopted on June 16, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances and the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be b <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />I RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2002/2003 Fiscal Y <br />Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number 100-6070-6C <br />1050 and 100-6070-6078-4930, and increase the Revenue Account Number 100-6764 for <br />amount of $58,336.00. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1' day of October, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
