1 RESOLUTION NO. R-113-02 <br />2 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />3 CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />4 JULY 1, 2002 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2003. <br />5 WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2002, <br />6 and ending June 30, 2003, was approved and adopted on June 16, 2002; and <br />7 WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances and the <br />8 City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />9 WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />10 made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />11 approval and Resolution of the City Council <br />12 <br />13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />14 RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />15 SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2002/2003 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number 100-6070-6089- <br />16 1050, and increase the Revenue Account Number 100-6764 for the amount of $14,212.80. <br />17 SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />18 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1St day of October, 2002. <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 DEIRDRE H.
