R-24-23 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON ADOPTING THE 2022 <br /> 4 HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT (APR) FOR THE <br /> 5 STATE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT (HCD) (GOV. CODE SECTION 65400) <br /> 6 <br /> 7 WHEREAS, California Legislature requires that each city prepare an annual progress <br /> 8 report (APR) on the status of the housing element of its general plan and progress in its <br /> 9 implementation using forms and definitions adopted by the Department of Housing and <br /> 10 Community Development(HCD) (Gov. Code Section 65400); and <br /> 11 WHEREAS, Section 65400 of the Government Code requires the Housing Element Annual <br /> 12 Progress Report(APR)to be provided to the legislative body(City Council)for adoption;and <br /> 13 WHEREAS,the City of Colton("City")has prepared the Housing Element Annual Progress <br /> 14 Report for 2022. <br /> 15 NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,DETERMINED,AND ORDERED BY THE <br /> 16 CITY COUNCIL,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 17 SECTION 1.The City hereby adopts the"Housing Element Annual Progress Report-2022," <br /> 18 a copy of which is on file at the offices of the City and is available for inspection by the public. <br /> 19 PASSED,APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 21 DAY 1 F MARCH,2023. <br /> 20 <br /> 22 ..'.,Tisi.;A" O - <br /> Mayor <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 25 <br /> 26 ( CGctjee /Cl <br /> CAR LINA R.
