Smith, City Manager and Carlos Campos, City Attorney <br /> Negotiating Parties: San Bernardino County Flood Control District, a body corporate and politic, <br /> Property Owner Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment <br /> B. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br /> APN: 1063-361-13 <br /> Agency Negotiator: William R.
