1 RESOLUTION NO. 2434 <br /> 2 <br /> WHEREAS, there has been constructed, or will be constructed in the <br /> 3 <br /> very near future, a sanitary sewer system along and upon the following <br /> 4 <br /> named street in the City of Colton, to-wit: <br /> 5 <br /> A. RANCHO AVENUE, "E" Street to "C" Street, west side only; <br /> 6 <br /> WHEREAS, some owners of the parcels of land which are adjacent to <br /> 7� <br /> and front upon said street, have paid no sums whatsoever toward the cost <br /> 8 <br /> of said sewer installation, and <br /> 9 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fix a connecting charge for <br /> 10 <br /> 11 connecting to the sewer system, which is fair and equitable to all concerned, <br /> 12 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the connecting charges <br /> 13 for each and every connection made to said sewer system to or from those <br /> parcels of land specifically mentioned hereinbefore whose owners or previous <br /> 14 <br /> owners have not paid their proportionate share of the cost of installing said <br /> 15 <br /> 16 system shall be as follows: <br /> 17 (a) $5. 00 per front foot on each and every parcel in and upon <br /> the following street, to-wit: <br /> 18 <br /> 19 A.
