l RESOLUTION NO„ 2416 <br /> 2 <br /> WHEREAS., the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did initiate <br /> 3 <br /> the proposal to consider the amendment of the Circulation Element of the <br /> 4 <br /> General Plan by the adoption of a map indicating the addition of certain streets <br /> 5 <br /> and the redesignation of certain streets and highways, and <br /> 6 <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed revision by the <br /> 7 <br /> Planning Commission on the 26th day of November, 1963 and by the City <br /> 8 <br /> Council on the 3rd day of December, 1963, and <br /> 9 <br /> WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appears to the City Council that the public <br /> 10 <br /> interest, necessity, convenience and general welfare will best be served by <br /> 11 <br /> the approval of the amendment of the Circulation Element of the General Plan <br /> 12 <br /> according to the proposals of Figure 6 "Recommended Major Route System" <br /> 13 <br /> in the report prepared by Wilbur Smith and Associates, October 1, 1963, and <br /> 14 <br /> WHEREAS, said amendment is referred to in Planning Commission <br /> 15 <br /> Resolution No 385, <br /> 16i <br /> 17 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amendment to the <br /> Circulation Element of the General Plan according to the proposals of Figure 6 <br /> 18 <br /> "Recommended Major Route System" in the report prepared by Wilbur Smith <br /> 19 <br /> and Associates, October 1, 1963 to which proposals reference is hereby made <br /> 20 <br /> 21 for further details, the pertinent parts of which, incorporated herein, is <br /> 22 hereby approved, <br /> 23 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of December, <br /> 24 1963, <br /> 25 � <br /> Mayor <br /> 26 ATTEST: <br /> 27 <br /> 28 it rk <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
