I ORDINANCE NO 0-06-01 <br />2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE COLTON <br />AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br />3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE BOARD OF <br />ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' <br />4 RETIREMENT SYSTEM <br />5 <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />6 <br />SECTION 1. That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of Colton and <br />7 <br />the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a <br />8 <br />copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by such reference made a part <br />9 <br />hereof as though herein set out in full. <br />10 <br />11 <br />SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to <br />12 <br />execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency. <br />13 <br />14 <br />SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect on July 5, 2001 and shall be published twice in the SAN <br />15 <br />BERNARDINO SUN, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Colton <br />16 <br />and thence forth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. <br />17 <br />18 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2001. <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 DEIRDRE H.
