CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF August 7, 2001 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />0 - <br />FROM: Ron Kenny, Director of Parks, Recreation & Family Services <br />SUBJECT: Approve Acceptance of Three Custom Built Picnic Shelters at Cooley Ranch <br />Park <br />DATE: August 1, 2001 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Item #26 <br />At the January 8, 2001 Colton Redevelopment Agency meeting, agency members approved additional <br />funding for three picnic shelters for Cooley Ranch Park. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />All installation work has been completed. The contractor has requested final acceptance of the project, filing <br />of the Notice of Completion and release of retention. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Funds for this project were provided by the Santa Ana River Project Bond Funds, Account #877-9150-9152- <br />3890. <br />ENVIROMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council accept the three picnic shelters at Cooley Ranch Park as 100% <br />complete and authorize the filing of the Notice of Completion. <br />Attachment: Notice of Completion <br />REVIEW TEAM ONLY RR <br />City Attorney Finance Director: U <br />City Manager: OTHER: <br />Item #26 <br />
