NOTICE AND CALL OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON AND TO THE CITY CLERK: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority is hereby called pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, to be held Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at 5:00 P.M. — 7:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers, located at 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, California. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: ROLL CALL: PUBLIC COMMENT: Limit 5 Minutes Any person may address the City Council at this time on any subject within the jurisdiction of the City of Colton; however, any matter that requires action will be referred to Staff for investigation and report at a subsequent Council Meeting. Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide copy of any paperwork to the City Clerk for the Official Record. If you challenge the City's proposed actions in court, you may be limited to raising those issues that you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this Agenda, or in any written correspondence delivered to the City on or prior to the public hearing.
