R-03-26 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON DELEGATING TO THE CITY'S FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />THE AUTHORITY TO INVEST AND REINVEST FUNDS FOR THE <br />CITY AND TO SELL OR EXCHANGE SECURITIES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Pursuant to the Government Code Section 53607, authority to invest and reinvest funds <br />of the City and to sell or exchange securities so purchased is delegated by the City Council to <br />the City's Finance Director, or in the Finance Director's absence the Senior Finance Analyst or <br />in the absence of the Senior Finance Analyst the Finance Manager. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 20TH DAY OF JANUARY 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />
