PARTIES AND DATE <br />This First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement ("First <br />Amendment") dated as of the 3 day of April, 2007 is entered into by and between the <br />City of Colton ("City") and GK and Associates ("Consultant"). <br />ARTICLE 2. RECITALS <br />2.1 City and Consultant entered into that certain Professional Services <br />Agreement dated March 28, 2005 ("Agreement"), whereby Consultant agreed to provide <br />the City with professional engineering and surveying services for the Colton -San <br />Bernardino Bikeway Project ("Project"). <br />2.2 City and Consultant now desire to amend the Agreement to revise the <br />scope expand the project area to include the design of the 10th and G Street intersection. <br />As a result of the extended scope of services the City and Consultant also desire to <br />increase the amount of compensation by a not to exceed amount of Thirty -Five <br />Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars Forty -Five Dollars and no cents ($35,945). <br />ARTICLE 3. TERMS <br />3.1 Section 3.10.1 and Section 3.1.2 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its <br />entirety and replaced with a new Section 3. 10.1 and Section 3.1.2 to read as follows: <br />3.10.1 Compensation for Basic Services. City shall pay to Consultant, for <br />the performance of all Services rendered under this Agreement, an amount not to exceed <br />One Hundred Forty Six Thousand Six Hundred Forty Five Dollars and no cents <br />
