DIRECTOR / CITY ENGINEER <br />SUBJECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL MAP <br />17294 FOR RECORDATION, LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH- <br />WESTERLY TERMINUS OF PRADO LANE AND HIDDEN <br />VALLEY LANE. <br />DATE: JULY 30, 2007 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Parcel Map No. 17294 is a portion of parcel 4 of Parcel Map 6975, of San Bernardino County, State <br />of California; recorded in Parcel Map Book 68, Page 6. The Project is located along the south <br />westerly terminus of Prado Lane and Hidden Valley Lane, adjacent to Prado Park. This site is being <br />developed by Celia Cervantes. <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />All applied conditions have been met by the developer, including dedicating an easement for <br />drainage purposes (noted in the attached reduction map of Parcel Map 17294). The Parcel Map has <br />been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances.
