of <br />CLOSED SESSION — REGULAR COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON <br />UTILITY AUTHORITY/COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MEETING MINUTES <br />May 4, 2010 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:02 p.m., in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present: Yzaguirre, Oliva, Bennett, Perez, Mayor Pro Tempore Toro and <br />Mayor Chastain. <br />Absent: <br />Councilmember De La Rosa <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />Item A. <br />At 5:03 p.m. CM Oliva announced that she would recuse herself from discussion on Closed <br />Session Items C due to Conflict of Interest as her spouse is retired from the Railroad. Mayor Pro <br />Tempore Toro requested that City Attorney clarify that there is no conflict on Item A, he is <br />represented by IBEW in his employment in a unit that represented by IBEW, City Attorney <br />announced that he does not believe there is a conflict because he is only represented by the unit <br />in his employment. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />A.
