Council <br />FROM: Gary Decker, Public Utilities Director <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Domecq Telemetry Expansion Date' March 29, 1993 <br />Project as 1008 Complete and Authorize the <br />Filing of the Notice of Completion <br />On June 20, 1989 Council awarded the Domecq Telemetry Expansion Project to Ellie <br />Electric in the amount of $110,000.00 On April 7, 1992 Council approved a change order <br />in the amount of $51,996.00 for the upgrade of previously installed equipment which was <br />not compatible with the newer equipment installed at Domecq and for future sites. <br />Ellis Electric has completed the installation of the equipment for the Domecq Telemetry <br />Expansion Project as well as the upgrade of all previously installed equipment. James <br />M.
