City of <br />olton <br />Resialutilan <br />ENDORSING ANNUAL MEADOW LANE <br />FAMILY FAIRS <br />WHEREAS, the First Annual Meadow Lane Family Faire was held on <br />Saturday, March 6, 1993, as a community promotional <br />event; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Faire created an enjoyable, harmonious atmosphere <br />promoting community unity comprised of people of all <br />ages; and, <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of this Faire was to foster a positive <br />image of the Meadow Lane residential area and to <br />provide exposure to the public of better housing <br />conditions of the Meadow Lane and Blue Mountain <br />apartments; and, <br />WHEREAS, the city is supportive of this type of event and wants <br />it to become an Annual Community Faire to continue <br />fostering community unity and positive image created <br />by the First Family Faire. <br />NON, THEREFORE, I, Frank A. Gonzales, Mayor of the City of <br />Colton and my fellow Councilmembers, do encourage all <br />local residents to participate and lend their support <br />by attending all future Annual Meadow Lane Family <br />Faires, and extend congratulations to Councilwoman <br />Deirdre Bennett, Councilman David Sandoval, the Family <br />Faire Committee and to Vickie Cardenas, Manager of <br />the Blue Mountain Apartments for all their efforts <br />in making this a very successful First Faire. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and cause the <br />Seal of the City of Colton to be affixed this 20th <br />day of April, 1993. <br />FRANK A.
