Evaluation of <br />the Claim reflects this case would be of'highly questionable <br />or no, liability on the part of the City. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommend the <br />Claim be rejected to commence the. <br />Statute of Limitations. <br />Item No /13 <br />
