HUTTON, DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS ate: 1/27/93 <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF ANNEXATION NO. 59 INTO THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />I <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Council has.previously approved the formation of a Landscape <br />P <br />Maintenance District. Properties within certain Benefit Zones may <br />be annexed into the District. <br />DISCUSSION• <br />Attached are the "Consent and Waiver to Annexation" from the owners <br />of properties within such a Benefit Zone. The property owners are <br />requesting annexation into the City's Landscape Maintenance <br />District.
