HUTTON, DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORK'ate: 12/7/92 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF OFFSITE IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORITY TO <br />RELEASE -IMPROVEMENT SECURITY TRACT NO. 13529 - SHASTA <br />ILLINOIS, C.H. COLTON, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP <br />BACKGROUND <br />Tract 13529 is a 14 lot subdivision in the vicinity of Shasta and <br />Illinois, which included the extension of Illinois Avenue. All <br />public improvements have been constructed in accordance with the <br />applicable standards and specifications. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The developer of C.H. Colton has requested that we accept the <br />offsite improvements into our regular maintenance program and <br />release the improvements security guaranteeing those improvements <br />RECOMMENDATION• <br />Staff recommends that Council accept these offsite improvements and <br />cause the improvement sec ity to be released.
