Drews, Electric Utility Director <br />SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO FILE AND RECORD NOTICE DATE: 6/22/93 <br />OF COMPLETION FOR ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT ROOFING <br />PROJECT <br />BACKGROUND <br />On April 6, 1993, Council awarded the Electric Department roofing project to Bryant Organization, Inc., <br />in the amount of $9,722.00. We are required to file allotice of Completion at the conclusion of a project. <br />Substantial completion was accomplished on June 4, 1993. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />The total construction costs were: $9,722.00 <br />• RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval to file and record the necessary Notice of Completion on the above stated <br />project. <br />t <br />City Manager's Concurrence: <br />The Notice of Completion is on file with the City Clerk's office for your review. <br />Page 1 of 1 Item No. <br />
