RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: Request of Immaculate Conception Church for City A& <br />for its Annual Fiesta <br />DATE: June 30, 1993 <br />Background: <br />By attached letter dated June 4, 1993, Immaculate Conception Church requested City <br />assistance/services for its Annual Parish Fiesta to be held July 31 and August 1, 1993. <br />Discussion; <br />The request from Immaculate Conception was directed to affec ed departments for their review <br />and coordination of services to be provided. All departments have reviewed the requests and <br />are able to provide the support services requested. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of Immaculate Conception Church's request for assistance for its <br />Annual Fiesta. <br />City Manager's Concurrence: <br />i <br />F <br />
