LAW OFFICES OF <br />BEST, BEST & KRIEGEF <br />May 26, 1993 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: MAYOR, CITY COUNCIL AND CITY MANAGER <br />FROM CITY ATTORNEY' <br />RE RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING SUPPLEMENTAL POLICIES TO <br />GRAFFTTI ORDINANCE <br />Attached is a draft resolution proclaiming supplemental policies to Ordinance <br />No. 0-10-93 to abate and prevent the proliferation of graffiti. You will recall that at the City <br />Council meeting on May 18, 1993, several suggestions were entered into the record to <br />further address the graffiti problem. As requested by Councilmember Sandoval, we were <br />instructed to draft this resolution. <br />The resolution takes into account all of those, suggestions which may legally <br />be implemented.
