0 <br />in <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />For Cloy CouneII Med** of <br />July 2,19% <br />June 26, 19% <br />TO: MAYOR FULP, CITY COUNCIL AND CITY MANAGER <br />FROM: Julie Hayward Biggs, City Atte <br />SUBJECT: Resolution Regarding Allocation o Hospital MOU Funds <br />At the City Council meeting held on June 18, 1996, this office was directed to <br />prepare a resolution restricting use of the $100,000 administrative fee to be paid to the City by <br />the County of San Bernardino under the provisions of the County Medical Center MOU. The <br />attached resolution establishes a restriction that would prohibit expenditure of those funds except <br />on projects within a one and one-half mile radius of the County Medical Center. The resolution <br />would allow allocation outside that radius with a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the City Council, <br />however. <br />The proposed resolution is presented for the Council's consideration. <br />ITEM 24 <br />
