MARTINEZ, CITY MANAGER�/j <br />FROM: RANDY ANSTINE, NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DIRECTOR <br />SUBJECT: RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT FOR CHILD CARE SERVICES FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 1996/97 WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF PROVIDING CHILD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES UNDER <br />CONTRACT NO. FLTK-6009, CDD BLOCK GRANT (LATCHKEY). <br />DATE: JUNE 10, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council of the City of Colton approved agreements with the State Department <br />Childcare Division of the Neighborhood Services Department that provide for care child <br />services to the community for fiscal year 1995/96.
